Completed the two day extended DIY course with the amazingly knowledgeable Sarah. She is a fantastic teacher, in explaining how to use the tools, and she is so enthusiastic that she gives you the confidence to tackle any of the power tools with ease. I can’t wait to get started on a home project. Just buzzing!!!
Highly recommend everyone to do this course!

Thank you again @Sarah and @Michelle , you have done more for me this weekend than simply demonstrate using tools and show that some things are much easier than they seem… the increase in my self confidence in my own abilities is massive, also the fear, the FEAR I had developed is GONE!

2 Day Diy Class Enniskillen
I attended two Saturday sessions in May 2025 in Enniskillen because I had no clue about DIY and how to achieve the ideas I had in my head without waiting for busy male family members or paying someone.
The class was brilliant and gave me a great foundation and skills to build upon. I went from having no knowledge to building a toolbox with various tools, and then working with a partner to build a stud wall! Sara’s really approachable and I felt I could ask the “silly” questions and makes the mistakes and she would talk us through these to ensure we could correct them (or not make them) at home ourselves.
I highly recommend getting on as many of these courses as you can. We’ve also now got a great network of like-minded ladies nearby that we can run ideas by, share tips, or even call upon for help
